Our popular Berry Bake breakfast casserole. A guest favorite!
4 lg croissants cut into small pieces about 6 full cups 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries 8 oz cream cheese, softened 2 large eggs 2/3 cup of granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup whole milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat and 9 inch square pan with cooking spray Place croissant pieces in the pan. Scatter the fruit over the top of croissant.
In a medium bowl with a mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until combined and smooth. Add in the eggs and vanilla and beat until well blended. Gradually add milk. Beating well after each addition. Pour mixture evenly over croissant pieces. Gently pat down with a wooden spoon so all the pieces are coated. Let rest 10 minutes.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until set in the center and golden brown. Serve Warm Serves 8 SPRINKLE with Powdered sugar before serving.

October 5, 2000...the show Gilmore Girls airs its pilot episode and my daughter and I are hooked. "It's a show, it's a lifestyle, it's a religion."
Thus let the dream begin. Here we are in 2022, owning and running the Tybee Island Inn Bed and Breakfast.
Our love of coffee runs deep, quite literally. Not spelled the same but my mother's maiden name is Coffey, our family was started thanks to a Coffey and it is still a major part of who we are and how we got here. We love to serve people, to see people smile and we want our guests to get the best possible, especially when it comes to coffee.
So here at the inn we wanted to serve something amazing but also something with a story.
We are now proud to be serving Scotty P`s Big Mug Coffee.
Scotty P's Big Mug Coffee is owned by actor, Scott Patterson, who played Luke Danes in Gilmore Girls; in the show he owns a diner and serves coffee to the people of the town (No Cell Phones Allowed) don't worry they are allowed at the Inn; you'll want it to take pictures of our magical courtyard and Live Oak Tree.
